Application:

The Automatic sticker labeling machine is one of the most users friendly. The machine is used for full/part wrap around labeling on different size & shape of bottle like PET, Plastic, HDPE, LDPE, and Glass Bottles. It is generally use in Pharmaceutical, Cosmetics, and Food Products Industry etc.

It is capable of labeling up to 200 bottles per minutes depending on products and label size. The automatic model is prepared with roller spacing device resulting in a simple to "No change parts required".

The bottles positioned on conveyor are released at identical distance by creating space between two bottles with the help of roller spacing tool. At the labeling point, an electronics product sensor senses bottle & release a label from self adhesive label roll. If machine is prepared with batch printing device, batch print device prints the batch no. & others matter on label while label is stationary connecting provision of two labels. The sensed bottle moves on conveyor and picks the released label, then labeled bottle moves further through a rubber pressing belt & stationary rubber pad which ensures efficient & perfect putting in place of label on the bottle diameter.
